Start by mixing Fido Fresh in with your Fido's current food. Fido Fresh should make up about 25% of their meal in the first 1 - 3 days. Slowly increase this amount to 50% over the next 4-6 days, then to 75% on days 7-9 until your Fido is eating 100% Fido Fresh. If your Fido has a sensitive stomach or experiences minor tummy trouble, feed a smaller amount and slowly increase until they adjust to their new food.

No, you don't you to be home. Our deliveries come to you through our cold-courier service, and you’ll be provided with an ETA before the delivery. The Fido Fresh insulated box keeps your Fido's meals at the right temperature until you get home. Once you arrive home, just put the Fido Fresh packs into the freezer.

If you order before 11am, Mon to Fri, it's usually 2 to 6 business days (after 11am it will be 3 to 7 business days). If you're in a metro area it's very quick. Friday afternoon and weekend orders will ship on Monday.
