Very fussy dog enjoyed the food , little by little! Only issue i have is that serving bags are a bit big , he can’t use it up in 2 days after opening . Does it come in smaller bags ?

Chicken, Beef & Roo - Starter Pack (3 Packs)

I switched over to Fido Fresh about six weeks ago and haven't looked back.

One of our dogs was constantly licking his paws, and we'd tried numerous foods and other remedies with little to no success. After doing some research, we came across Fido Fresh and decided to give it a go.

The results have been fantastic. Not only has the paw licking completely stopped, but his coat is noticeably shinier and he seems much happier overall.

The service and delivery have also been excellent from day one. I highly recommend Fido Fresh to anyone looking for a quality fresh dog food option.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sign up to a subscription?

No! There's no lock-in or commitment required. Order one-time whenever you need, or choose recurring for convenience - you can pause, skip, edit, or cancel anytime with zero hassle. Fresh meals on your terms.

Can I try Fido Fresh before committing?

Yes! Start with our Starter Pack of 3 x 500g meals to see how your dog likes it.

Why is Fido Fresh lightly cooked?

Every meat and vegetable is lightly cooked individually, then mixed in batches to seal in vital nutrients and maximise digestibility. No high temp vats. No additives or colours. By lightly cooking all our recipes it retains nutrients and minimises exposure to harmful bacteria.

Why switch to Fido Fresh?

Our fresh dog food meals are designed by pet nutritionists, made with RSPCA Approved chicken and wholefood ingredients, lightly cooked in small batches rather than mass-produced in commercial factories. Ethically sourced and carefully prepared, our fresh meals are good for your dog and the planet.

What makes Fido Fresh ethical?

We prioritise ethical sourcing across all proteins: RSPCA Approved chicken in every meal (certified higher welfare for happier birds), grass-fed beef (raised on natural pasture for better animal well-being), and responsibly sourced salmon (sustainable farming standards). Ethical and responsible practices are non-negotiable - better for animals, better nutrition, and better for our planet.

How do I transition my dog to Fido Fresh lightly cooked food?

Start by mixing Fido Fresh in with your Fido's current food. Fido Fresh should make up about 25% of their meal in the first 1 - 3 days. Slowly increase this amount to 50% over the next 4-6 days, then to 75% on days 7-9 until your Fido is eating 100% Fido Fresh. If your Fido has a sensitive stomach or experiences minor tummy trouble, feed a smaller amount and slowly increase until they adjust to their new food.

How much Fido Fresh should I feed my dog?

Portions depend on your dog’s size, age, and activity. Our feeding guide makes it simple to provide balanced meals for your dog. See our Chicken Feeding Guide

Do I have to be home when it's delivered?

No, you don't you to be home. Our deliveries come to you through our cold-courier service, and you’ll be provided with an ETA before the delivery. The Fido Fresh insulated box keeps your Fido's meals at the right temperature until you get home. Once you arrive home, just put the Fido Fresh packs into the freezer.
