As Sydney's original fresh dog food brand, we deliver to all Sydney metro suburbs — including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Hills District, Western Sydney and Sutherland Shire. Most Sydney orders arrive in 2–3 business days.

Delivery to Melbourne

We deliver fresh dog food to Melbourne and surrounding suburbs — including Fitzroy, Collingwood, Richmond, South Yarra, St Kilda and Brunswick. Melbourne orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days.

We deliver to Canberra and the ACT region. Canberra orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery to Perth

Fresh dog food delivery now available across Perth and surrounding suburbs. Perth orders are sent via express cold courier to ensure your Fido's meals arrive frozen and fresh.

Delivery to Adelaide

Fido Fresh delivers to Adelaide and surrounding metro suburbs within 3–5 business days via our cold-courier service.

Delivery to Cairns

We now deliver to Cairns and Far North Queensland via express cold courier service.

How delivery works

  • Orders placed before 11am Mon–Fri ship the same day
  • Your meals arrive frozen in an insulated Fido Fresh box
  • You don't need to be home — the insulated box keeps meals at the right temperature
  • Standard delivery: 2–6 business days depending on location
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Free delivery on all 10-pack orders
